Refund Policy

Wedding Factory Outlet is the one stop place where you can find all your wedding supplies for your bridal party.

All the outfits are made to order, if you ordered a standard UK sized item of clothing (e.g. wedding dress, bridesmaid dress, suits, ties) and if for whatever reason it doesn’t suit you or doesn’t fit properly, or you ordered in the wrong size, simply return it back to us within 10 days and we would offer you an exchange for a different size, or a custom made to measure size so that it will fit you.

Wedding Factory Outlet originally started in Australia where we were wholesaling to bridal stores, we want all our customers to feel 100% satisfied. Our normal delivery time is 8-10 weeks for a new garment sent to you and if you need an urgent dress then you will need to pay the express costs.

If you want to exchange the garment then please return it back to us NEW, showing no signs of damage on the dress or that its already been worn out. All clothing are sent with tracking numbers.

PayPal is used as the credit card merchant we use, to ease your mind PayPal has a buyer protection refund policy; by reading this policy you will feel a little peace of mind. PayPal’s protection policy is illustrated below:

Hong Kong is a place where you can return your supplies.

If you requested us to custom make the garment for you, e.g. if you gave us dimensions for your body. Then if you simply change your mind about the colour or style, then we don’t consider exchanges/refunds on this because we made it tailored to your body shape. If the garment doesn’t fit you, we would suggest you taking it to a tailor for slight adjustments. If you think it was made imperfect to your measurement, please take a photo of your garment to show us the measurements as evidence. Then we can replace and remake/alter it for you. Please allow around 8-10 weeks if you need us to remake/alter the garment for you. We will pay for your postage sent back to us.

We don’t do refunds/exchanges because you simply changed your mind about the dress. All our garments need workmanship and fabric costs and are all tailored made to organize. So we don’t agree to refunds/exchanges because the customer changed their minds about the garment eg. they dont’ like the colour or style anymore, but we do accept exchanging the garment (if you ordered a standard size) for a different size or custom size so that it will fit you.

If for any reason you believe our products is faulty or a misrepresentation of the product, you can return the goods back to us for a repair, exchange or a credit for the item. We will pay for your return postage.

If the item you want to change is a higher price, the buyer pays for the difference for the higher priced item for the replacement. E.g. if you ordered a dress that is $299.95 and want to exchange it for the $599.95 dress, you will need to pay for the $300 difference.

Please make sure that the measurements you give us are precise, we are not responsible if you gave us wrong measurements.

We accept exchanges all non-garments such as wedding favors, chair sashes, shoes, guest books. You will require sending the items back to us in order for us to exchange them for you. Buyer pays for return postage.
