Weddingoulet.com.au holds the right to change this agreement at any time at our sole carefulness. The user is predictable to ensure the agreement from time to time, and particularly at the time of using the services of the website.

Cost and expense Terms
The prices at Wedding Outlet are focus to change at any time. The user pays the quantity mentioned at the time of auction. All prices, including delivery charges, are planned in Australian dollars and taxes are already included in the price.
Payment for supplies has to be completed at the time of ordering, and must be paid in full. The user is requisite to read the payments segment of the website carefully, before placing an order.
In the occasion that payment is discarded by the bank or the credit card or cheque is declined, the order stands cancelled, and we will not grasp the goods next to the order placed by you.

Repayment/Exchange Policy
All garments are custom made to order, if you ordered a normal sized garment (eg. wedding dress, bridesmaid dress, suits, ties ) and if for whatever cause it doesn’t fit correctly, or you ordered the incorrect size, or you changed your mind, simply return it back to us within 7 days and we will present you an exchange for a different size, style of dress or a credit to purchase other items. Buyer pays for the return postage.

Our typical delivery times are 2 to 3 months for a new garment sent to you, so if you need a new dress remade urgently you will need to pay for the express costs.

You can exchange the garment once, it cannot be damaged outdoors, perfumed, stepped on or show signs it’s been worn when you return it back to us.
All clothes are sent with tracking numbers with registered post.
